It’s more about increased uncertainty about the future and if President Biden is not reelected, the possibility of a major house cleaning.
— Dan Binstock, a partner at Garrison, a D.C.-headquartered search firm, in comments given to the National Law Journal on the uptick in recent weeks of candidates from federal government positions looking to make a potential move. Binstock went on to say that some firms have “receiv[ed] five to six resumes a day from DOJ candidates.”
