ATL is joining our friends at the leading legal intelligence provider Leopard Solutions to field a survey that seeks to shine a light on the experiences of both gender and ethnically diverse attorneys at large law firms. The survey is specifically seeking input from diverse attorneys.
Our survey hopes to glean insights into a wide range of matters, including the fairness of firms’ assignment systems, opportunities for informal networking and mentorship, and the phenomenon of “window dressing,” where some firms pay lip service to action without instituting operational policies.
