California Highway Patrol officers on Friday in Santa Cruz arrested a suspect who was wanted for murder in Pinole, according to a post on social media.
While on patrol, the officers observed the suspect’s vehicle, a Hyundai Elantra, traveling in the area of Seabright Avenue at Murray Street in Santa Cruz.
The CHP officers, with the assistance of the Santa Cruz Police Department and Harbor Patrol, made a stop on the vehicle.
The driver was apprehended by the CHP officers. His name was not released.
