As nice as it is to read about attorneys getting raises and bonuses around the holidays, it sucks to see non-attorneys missing out on the fun. Thankfully, Susman Godfrey meted out bumps in pay to all of its employees, JD’d or not! That’s the least you could expect from a firm that makes Cravath’s bonuses look like insults to injury. Here’s a breakdown of how much the attorneys are getting:
And for everyone else, “the firm is also providing special bonuses on top of its annual traditional bonuses to every single one of its 270 employees, including its 131 non-attorney employees.”
Congrats on making the big bucks! The full memo is on the next page.
We like hearing about bonuses almost as much as you enjoy spending them. As soon as your firm’s memo comes out, please email it to us (subject line: “[Firm Name] Bonus”) or text us (646-820-8477). Please include the memo if available. You can take a photo of the memo and send it via text or email if you don’t want to forward the original PDF or Word file.
